In-game [ADMIN] notice suggestion

So you know how it says [ADMIN] (message) from time to time, well I have a better idea.

Instead of it saying PLEASE DONATE AT FORUMS(REWARDS GIVEN) and PLEASE VOTE FOR US AT WWW.SILVERSHADOWS.CO.CC it should be...

[ADMIN] PLEASE REGISTER ON FORUMS!! YOU COULD RECEIVE A REWARD!!
[ADMIN] ALSO, DONATE TO GET MORE REWARDS!! AND BE ABLE TO WEAR CUSTOM!!
[ADMIN] FORUMS SITE: www.silvershadows.co.cc

then like every 10th or 15th or 20th person to register gets a random reward like a phat or mask or something.

so like say we have 100 registered users, the 110th person gets a reward then the 120th and so on. just a thought.

Nice idea, but don't make it like every two minutes.
That would get more people to register, and help us get more people to join.
I try reading the things people are saying and then the ADMIN message comes, so please make it
say things like 5 minutes apart.

make it every 10minutes...

Should be somewhere in between there because you don't want
it to show up too much, but at the same time you want it to show
up enough for the people to see it before they log out.

Thats why when people log in there should be a decent size info paragraph. example;

Something like that then have what I posted earlier for the message every 10minutes. Like we need something that draws them in right off the bat, hense ENERGY SWORD lol then we need to keep them going with a unique mini such as the Runescape Zombie Infection. If Chuck Norris allows me to remake his post I will share half the credit with him. I have the whole Runescape Zombie Infection all done and mapped out!! I just need to comfirmation from Chuck Norris to run with it since it is his Idea.
