Can you fix my slayer to 99 like everyone else's

Can you fix it so I can train on the high slayer monsters? Everyone else have 99 slayer.

I guess like you said isn't big deal, although I would like to know the advantages if I have 99 slayer, like if the abysall monsters drop goods or dark beast drop anything good.
