Not a very good guide. Here is mine.
When you teleport home, you will see the shops, scoreboard, bank.
If you know where the scoreboard is go to that. If not, it's west of
the bank. You will see someone next to the scoreboard. His name is
Sir Lancelot. You have to talk to him when you find him. He teleports
you to ice giants. You will have to kill one (level 53). After you kill
one of those you will be teleported to ice wolves. You will then need
to kill one of these (level 96). After you kill one of those, you will be
teleported to the ice warriors. These will all attack you, but you only
need to kill one of them (level 57). After you kill one of those, you
will be teleported to the ice trolls. You will then have to kill one of these
(level 124). After this, you will get teleported to the Al-Kharid duel
arena. It says you get a reward from the gods. You will see your reward
in your inventory. You can get all kinds of rewards, with bandos being
rare and dragon bones being common. You can get other items to,
but there is a long list and I don't know everything. You can then
teleport home, and do it again until you get the reward(s) that you want.
